Thompson's Gallery was first established in the seaside town of Aldeburgh, Suffolk by John and Sue Thompson in 1982. Since then, Thompson’s has established itself as one of the country’s leading art dealers, with a further premises located in Marylebone’s Seymour Place led by Megan Thompson. The Gallery deal in a variety of artworks dating from the 20th and 21st centuries. Specialists in Modern British Art from the 20th century, Scottish Colourist Paintings and Contemporary art, the gallery maintain a varied stock of paintings, prints, drawings and sculptures. The gallery are proud to represent some of the finest British artists, and regularly exhibit works by established names such as John Bellany CBE RA, John Piper and Ken Howard OBE RA, alongside works by contemporary talents such as Helen Tabor, Tony de Wolf and David Sawyer RBA

Across their London and Aldeburgh galleries Thompson’s Gallery hold up to eleven exhibitions a year, ranging from solo exhibitions to group shows. The Gallery also exhibit on a regular basis at major London art fairs.
