Established in 2004, Sarah Colegrave Fine Art specialises in works of the British 19th and 20th Century. The gallery carries a diverse stock of high quality original artworks, whether they be paintings, drawings, watercolours and sculpture. This collection includes some of the major schools and key figures of British art such as Cecil Beaton, Rudolf Helmut Sauter and John Aldridge alongside lesser-known individuals. At Connect Art Fair Sarah will be exhibiting a number of works depicting the streets and landmarks of London by the artist and art-school founder Rex Vicat Cole (1870-1940). Each of Sarah’s acquisitions is informed by the wealth of knowledge she obtained whilst working at Sotheby’s, Bond Street, where she specialised in Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite and Scottish pictures for 14 years. As a member of both BADA and LAPADA, Sarah Colegrave Fine Art regularly exhibits at major London fairs, and individual items can be viewed by appointment in London or Oxfordshire.
