Panter & Hall
Panter & Hall is a leading London gallery dealing in works by established artists which date from the 20th century up to the present day. It was established by founders Tiffany Panter and Matthew Hall. The pair met whilst working in a small commercial gallery in the West End of London, and it was in 2000 that they decided to branch out and open their own gallery. First located in a small Georgian building in Shepherd’s Market, they now operate from a grand gallery located in Pall Mall and house their subsidiary dealership- Panter & Hall Decorative- in Cecil Court. Over the past twenty years the gallery has forged a solid reputation for dealing in art and artists of talent and value.
Today Panter & Hall represent a large stable of both UK-based and international contemporary artists. They showcase these works through a regular programme of exhibitions and fairs, with recent solo shows dedicated to the works of Ian Houston, PJ Crook and David Storey. Alongside this the gallery maintains a number of the works by established 20th century artists. Panter & Hall have been entrusted with the estates of several prominent artists, including Paul Maze, Stephen Spurrier RA and Felix Topolski RA, and they regularly stock works by figures such as Josef Herman RA, Mary Fedden RA and Donald Hamilton Fraser RA. Matthew Hall also currently sits on the advisory committee of Connect Art Fair.
