Blondes Fine Art
Blondes Fine Art specialise in Twentieth Century, Modern British and contemporary art. The gallery carries a diverse and high-quality stock of original prints, paintings and drawings, alongside a number of sculpted and ceramic works. Artists frequently exhibited include Lucy Kemp-Welch, Dee Nickerson, Denis Wirth-Miller and Tessa Newcomb. Blondes Fine Art also currently hold the studio collection of Jo Brocklehurst, the British artist best known for her lively portrayals of the European club scene and London Punk community during the 1980's.
Established in 2014 by husband and wife team, Mark and Melanie Ponting, the gallery (open by appointment) is located in rural Herfordshire, close to the Henry Moore Foundation. Whilst Mark previously worked for the Metropolitan Police service, he has had a passion for art for as long as he can remember, and the pair assembled their own collection of twentieth-century works during his 31 year career.
